Mindful Stress Management

I’m a qualified RYT200 yoga teacher, certified with the British Wheel of Yoga. My teachings are Hatha based and include stress-relieving breathwork and a focus on individualised alignment.

I use my training to help leaders and teams regulate stress, gain mental clarity, and shift perspectives to better ways of working.

Why me?

I’m a seasoned strategic marketer with nearly two decades of experience in amplifying SMEs, both B2B and B2C, and across all sectors. Much of my expertise lies in creating and developing the marketing plans and teams for agile, early to growth-stage organisations.

I’ve been around the block and then some. I’ve worked client-side, agency-side, and as a consultant. I’ve worked in the corporate world, for non-profits, in academia, and for government agencies. I’ve marketed FMCG brands, software/tech organisations, educational brands, manufacturing businesses, and more. And I have a MiniMBA qualification in Marketing.

All of this variety has given me the opportunity to experience the good, the bad, and the ugly. What works and what doesn't. Where some are excelling, where some are failing, and why.

My wide perspective combined with my formal training brings a fresh outlook, fresh ideas, fresh energy, and, perhaps most helpfully, fresh eyes to see the wood for the trees. The bigger picture amongst the chaos. Where things are excelling, where things are flailing, and where and how things could be improved.

My primary specialties are remaining strategically minded and grounded in marketing fundamentals and best practice, learning everything I can about the customer and maintaining a customer-first approach, and in getting to the heart of a problem / challenge before developing a relevant and cost-effective solution.

I have dual citizenship in the US and the UK. And while I’m currently based among the historic halls of Cambridge in England, I also frequent the magical cliffs of Cornwall, and the majestic landscapes of Colorado and Oregon in the US.
